Service was great, when my friend called they offered us room at a unbelievable price but couldn't find any other place that would beat it so we decided to go here, they do say you will have to leave $100 deposit that will be reimbursed after you check out. For the price and how close it is from the beach I highly recommend it. The rooms are big, the one they gave us had 5 beds, so their rooms are great for large families. Anyway this will be my place to stay next year vacations 👍🌴

AH MAY ZING spot! Beyond amazing staff, great location, and absolutely stunning attractions! You’d be crazy to even remotely think passing up this beautiful spot! My husband and I love it so much, it’s basically like our own little slice of heaven!!! 10/10 and the place is family oriented and ran which means only one thing-CLEAN AND QUIET! We have moved around to OVER 20 of different apartments styled hotel and motels, and this one Just absolutely took our breath away! If you want something safe, clean, and like a home away from home, you’ve found your own little niche just now!!!! Actual KITCHENS that are Massive, big open foyer, and they even have 2 bed 1 bath!!! MUST SEE

Very clean, very comfortable. Very friendly and warm welcome. Two things. Parking is tight. You're not going to get some big SUV in here. A bit lean on outlets. I used the outlet in the bathroom for my phone charger. Not really negatives, just a couple things to be aware of. One block from the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient for walking, a variety of restaurants, and other entertainment. I would gladly stay here again.

My bf and I stayed at the Ocean Cove (room 102) July 10-12. There are absolutely NO complaints about our stay or experience with the staff. The property is very well kept and our room was spotless upon arrival. The location was great as we were only a block or so from the ocean front, so we were within walking distance of EVERYTHING. There is a restaurant across the street (Harpoon Larry's) and a 7-Eleven next door. Upon arrival, someone showed us to our room versus just handing us a key. I appreciated that because we were able to do a walk through to ensure that everything was up to par. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so I really loved that there wasn't carpet in our room, but instead there was nice ceramic tile wall to wall. Before leaving I was able to view one of the apartment rooms which was NICE! It had separate bedroom, kitchen, futon, and a bed. Perfect for a family stay. If I were forced to offer an opinion on approval, the only thing I could think of would be the fact that there is no ironing board, nor iron in the room. But you're kindly allowed to iron in the laundry room. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Awesome! If you are looking for a low-priced, no fuss motel run by a friendly local father and son, this is it! The motel is literally a 1 minute walk to the ocean. It is not a fancy motel, but it is simple and perfect. Awesome in that there is a backyard with a grill and rooms with kitchenettes, so not only is the motel low priced but also you can save money by cooking in! I am a single mom, bringing my 6 year old to the beach for his birthday and the owners of the motel made me feel super comfortable. No bugs, tile floor, hot water, plenty of towels.. so perfect, I'll stay here again!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay with our 2 year old. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so the owner graciously upgraded us to a cottage with a private deck and BBQ grill. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and just two short blocks …

I give this vacation spot at 5/5! We had the most pleasant stay, you are roughly 300 foot from the beach, you are right in the middle of EVERYTHING, the hotel was really clean, water pressure in the shower great, they we quick to get you what you needed! The owner is a great man and the staff was fantastic! Super kind and friendly people!! They know the area WELL! Definitely will be staying with them again!

We had great service, enjoying our stay. This is a family ran place, very quaint and even has history. The best time to call is between 3 and 6:30pm with questions. When conducting online business, check your spam, this is where I found my correspondence with them. Enjoy!!! ✌️😁👍

Took a chance and booked an extended stay here with my family. From the very beginning, the staff have been wonderful and more than accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated with all the amenities, very, very clean with absolutely NO bugs. 1 block from the beach and is safe enough for my son (14) to go outside.

We brought a large family. Loved the fact that the place is family owed and run. We were treated like we we family too. Cute area out back for grilling, ping pong and corn hole. Loved the cleanliness of the rooms, including the tile floors which are so much better than carpet for keeping the sand out! Staff was kind and available all hours. Location was fantastic. We did not use our cars the whole stay. You can walk 4 blocks to the grocery store, 2blocks to the beach and multiple restaurants are under a block, 7-11 across the street. There is an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach. All of our rooms had either a fridge or a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Best part of it all was the kind and friendly staff!
